Agreed, lot of hassle and a bit intimidating at first but after I worked out how to handle it (pretend wedding ring) it was fine, feel much happier about things now... xx

On your own?I just booked a ticket to Portugal. I'm going alone because I want to and I know Sagres well enough to know its a great place for a lone girl to cycle and swim around in for a week and I'll get cheap accomodation from the ladies at the bus stop...but i thought about Morrocco.
I have been there..Taradount...but not to Marrakesh.It was lovely. Found the hassle off men in some places a bit off putting to go it alone though....
